The Southbourne Grove House is only available for exclusive and private hire.

The house is a huge property with room for all your family or friends, and is perfect for celebration groups, birthday parties, wedding receptions, business groups and hen parties.

There are 11 funky and very individual rooms, including a ground floor apartment style suite with its own lounge, conservatory and garden.

24 hour ice machine, coffee, teas and nibbles area.

The guest lounge is directly off the reception area, very close to the kitchen and where a large dining table can be placed to seat up to 21 people.

​Guests are permitted to bring their own food, alcohol and beverages.

The house has a great kitchen suitable for light meal preparations.

Facilities include;

An American style fridge freezer,

Rangemaster cooker, microwaves, kettle, two toasters, large work surface areas.

basic cutlery, pots, pans, plates, glasses and mugs.

Outside caterers welcome.

The property has excellent WIFI up to 50mbs, and is accessible in all areas and rooms.

For safety reasons a live in manager is (very discretely) on site, away from your guests and available for advise and help if needed.
